Don’t hesitate to – 「お気軽に・お気軽に・躊躇・ためらう」 の 英語表現

Don’t hesitate” は “ためらわないで” ではなく “遠慮なく” の意味です。
実際に ためらっている人には “Don’t hesitate” でなく、Don’t feel hesitant を用います。

Don’t hesitate は ビジネスレターに、頻繁に登場する お馴染みの 結びの言葉 (Concluding phrases) です。

Don’t hesitate to … 遠慮なくしてください
ex) Don’t hesitate to ask me.
遠慮せず 質問してください

hesitate /ˈ/hɛzəˌteɪt/: to stop briefly before you do something especially because you are nervous or unsure about what to do
ex) I wouldn’t hesitate to ask for your help if I felt I needed it.

hesitant 躊躇する
ex) He seems hesitant about accepting the job.
彼は 内定を受領することに ためらいを感じているようだ

hesitant /ˈhɛzətənt/ : slow to act or speak especially because you are nervous or unsure about what to do : feeling or showing hesitation
ex) She took a hesitant step back from the door.

don’t hesitate to /hɛzəˌteɪt/: used to tell someone that it is correct or right for them to do something and they do not have to worry about offending anyone
ex) Don’t hesitate to contact me if you need any more information.
